Fees

We charge Flat Fees for judgment defense. This means that your fee is fixed; there is no hourly rate and no surprises.   Below is a fee estimate for what we will likely quote you after hearing about your judgment for debt.

We accept payment plans under appropriate circumstances for Judgment defense.

*The above fees are estimates of what we generally charge. We will quote you a solid flat fee after you contact us and we obtain complete information.  Settlement could also involve us assisting you in responding to post judgment discovery or helping you through a post judgment deposition so these extra factors would increase the flat fee.  When we settle your judgment, we will ensure that you obtain a proper release of the judgment.
